Located east of Yonge and Lawrence, this neighbourhood is anchored by a year round recreational park that touches on 4 city blocks. The overall neighbourhood is low in traffic, especially east of Mt Pleasant as there is no direct route through to Bayview Avenue. |

Constructed during the late 1920s and through the 1930s much of the housing stock is comprised of 3 bedroom detached 2 storey homes, semi detached 3 bedrooms and an ever increasing number of new ‘infill’ homes. Prices range from $475,000 to $3,500,000.
Amenities
The park itself features a neighbourhood tennis association, youth soccer through summer and fall, huge play area with modern playset, and a neighbourhood maintained ice rink in the winter.
